• Follow up technical issues with design engineering and construction teams.
• Responsible for maintaining the forecast of the resources required to deliver against the Project Plan.
• Control and monitor the MEP project budget, by evaluating and reviewing the quarterly submitted MEP project budget.
• Submit and follow up with the consultant the material submittals and engineering submissions of LV and ELV’s main packages and equipment, and conduct technical meetings in the presence of the supplier or manufacturer as necessary.
• Review MEP technical bids and contracts, analyze and compare it in relation to project specification and scope of work.
• Conduct workshops with the consultant to accelerate the electrical (LV & ELV) shop drawings’ approval process.
• Report to and support the Project Director on all electrical matters related to the project.
• Maintain and update a report summarizing the status of all project deliverables.
• Review Factory Acceptance test procedures, and pursue its approval with the consultant.
• Identify any scope deviation, assess variation orders and follow up its approval process with the consultant.
• Ensure having the proper coordination between SCADA and MEP systems as per the approved interface documents and specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct preliminary benchmark tests with SCADA engineer in-order to ensure having the required level of system integration reference the approved interface documents.

• Review and manage all manpower allocation with respect to activities and priorities.
• Assess manpower’s four months look-ahead plan based on project working program.
• Manage task execution based on the project management plan by leading and developing the project team in order to achieve project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (HSE) requirements and its application by all construction teams as per approved HSE procedures.

I also participated in the maintenance department of the factory, which gave me the experience to inspect the problems and faults in machines.
