Intimate knowledge of Equipment planning including: Budgeting, Equipment
specification development, Purchasing, Delivery, Pre‐installation,
Installation, commissioning, and handover.
 Analyzing the customer needs, develop medical equipment planning
(department by department, room by room, BOQ, and Specs).
 Evaluates and recommends equipment to be purchased for new medical
facilities, renovations and expansions of existing medical facilities.
 Ability to identify the infrastructure and environmental requirements of the
medical equipment and communicate them to the project design team.
 Collect and consolidate data for the development of tender documentation.
 Ensures compliance with the relevant codes and regulatory standard related
to the hospital designs and medical equipment (JCI, CBAHI, AIA, and ECRI).
 Participate on multiple and diverse healthcare construction projects
simultaneously.
 Review and analyze bids for recommendation and award.
 Understanding of architectural and design schedules and the ability tocoordinate equipment programming with building design and construction
 Possess a working knowledge of healthcare programmatic information,
architectural plans, and healthcare medical equipment vendors.
 Liaison with respective equipment suppliers for all technical & commercial
information of equipment, supply & delivery of equipment, and the testing &
commissioning of equipment.
 Experience working within government procurement processes.
 Good knowledge of managing project professionally following PMI
standards.

 Reviewing of minister political office letters from members of Egyptian people’s assembly and prepare answer letters.

 Supervise maintenance and calibration of medical equipment as per assignment.
 Develop documentation system for PPM and CPM procedures and policies.
 Provide training courses on devices operation, PPM, CPM procedures and policies.
 Setting-up technical specification of state-of-the-art medical equipment following international standards and local regulations.
 Excellent experience in reviewing and evaluating bids and quotes and select seller.
