Project Management
• Manage and organize project operations and personnel, strategic plans and program implementation.
• Evaluate client project scope and recommend solutions for the full project life-cycle.
• Prepare and implement strategies streamlining existing work-flows in order to increase efficiency.
• Lead project issue, risk, and conflict resolution.
• Apply extensive experience in resolving differences between approved site plans and field construction conditions with appropriate parties
• Liaising of contract and coordination with the respective engineers and employers for the project.
• Review and monitoring of project designs and supervision.
• Review of payment certificates for submitting to the Client / Consultant.
• Study the construction programmes and give approval for implementation on the project.
• Requisitioning of all subcontractors, plant and materials for projects under my control.
• Ensure projects are finished on time, within budget and to the required standard.
