JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Operation and Maintenance of boiler, turbine and its auxiliary system including generator seal oil system, generator hydrogen system, Stator cooling water system, turbine driven BFP, oil purifiers, hydraulic coupling, HP valves, heater and fans.
• Operation of water system (UF, RO, DM, cooling tower & chem dosing)
• Execution of Annual and capital overhauling of TG and its auxiliary systems (from planning to manpower demobilization)
• Preparation of PM, BM, CBM, AOH Maintenance plan and execution with periodic review.
• Spare parts management, including spare list preparation (BOM), raising purchase requisition and assessment of technical suitability, inspection and so on (SAP MM module)
• Preparation and enforcement of SOP, SMPs, and SLPs for turbine and its auxiliary
• Conducting RCA as a principal investigator for equipment failures, implementing FMEA techniques.
• Supervision of various activities and its compliance in CMMS (SAP PM module)
• Preparing scope of works, comparative study of technical offers and part of Overhauling sub contract finalizing team and CAPEX project.
• Conducting HAZOP study of critical areas and enforcement of near miss reporting and various safety initiatives.
• Internal Lead auditor of IMS (ISO 9001, 18001, 14001) and 5S
• Preparing departmental maintenance budget
• Monitoring and maintaining performance and KPIs of all equipment
• Carry out Asset optimization projects (RCM)
• Review of P&IDs, training modules and raise MOC for change
• Coordinating, analyzing and troubleshooting of various rotating equipment problems.
• Take care of R&M projects in the respective area.
• Operation and Maintenance of hydrogen generation plant.
• Training of Fresh engineers & technicians.
COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF PYRO AND MILL SYSTEM USED IN CHEMICAL AND PROCESS INDUSTRIES.
• On site O&M training for six months in pyro and rotating
equipment in ACC cement, Gulbarga, India
• Recognized by Certificate for Successfully completion of
maintenance manual for mills and pyro in ACC Cements, wadi -

• Got 500MW thermal power plant simulator Training • Got 300 mw Gas turbine power plant simulator training • Onsite maintenance training on 2*60 mw NSPCL, Durgapur steel plant, India. • On site operation training on 4*250 mw jindal power limited, raigarh, India. • Power plant familiarization and scheme tracing training on 300 mw DPL, Durgapur.
