• Collaborating as a vital member of the Central Supply Chain Team, overseeing the end-to-end inbound supply chain operations for Sports & Fashion Brands, including Direct Imports, Cross-Dock, and Direct Store Delivery.
• Crafting and executing supply chain planning for seasonal orders, communicating expectations to internal stakeholders, and leading cross-functional meetings with Brand Managers, Central Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies.
• Managing demand and forecast analysis against seasonal orders to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery for launches, collaborating with the freight team to identify suitable forwarders across 45+ ports, optimizing service levels with committed volume.
• Providing a rolling forecast to the warehouse over a 3 to 6-month timeframe, enabling proactive manpower allocation and space planning to prevent disruptions, achieving an accuracy rate of 90-95% for an approximate monthly volume of 2 million units.
• Participating in Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with nominated forwarders and the freight team, evaluating agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), addressing issues, and proposing mitigation plans.
• Delivering performance reviews to internal and external teams on Brand and Logistics, facilitating collaboration on mitigation plans as needed.
• Managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), process design/alignment, and escalations, while serving as a control tower to share information and enhance visibility on placed orders.

Responsibilities:
• Managed around 60 suppliers 2.4 million units, importing from Far East /Europe/ Asia / local (UAE) regions and available for launch.
• Prepare weekly order report contains tracking of new orders and amendments if any and the delivery stand point of suppliers
• Responsible to take quotations for FOB & Ex-work shipments, make costing & proceed the shipments with
• efficient source in terms of cost & time
• Prepare supporting documents to clear the shipments and forward to finance for payment once all procedures completed
• Training suppliers for generating Advance shipment notice (ASN) before shipment depart from origin
Achievements:
 Identified manual/ monotonous activity and automated using excel macros
 Good rapport with suppliers helped to get most of the shipments on time than other team members
 Initially looking after Iconic brand (New sister company of Landmark), looking at my commitment and performance, I was welcomed to handle Splash shipments as well (volume *8 times bigger than Iconic)

• Contact 3PL Team to coordinate shipments for GCC Distribution license for BTS products - Disney, Winne the Pooh, etc. for local supply, Prepare Quotation and Catalogues as per customer demands
• Monitor/track all stock movement and distribution through continuous liaison with Supply Chain standards
• Responsible for generating invoice, credit/debit note in Tally ERP system and creating Item master for new consignments

Responsibilities:
• Build cordial relationship with clients and monitoring backlog orders and monitoring the sales level agreement are under control which is provided to customers
• Project the shipment data to the management for Express shipments (speed delivery from Hub high costs involved) and provide suggestion resulting in reduction of failure case and cost saving
• Play a major role in interacting with Factory, Supply/Demand Team, return claims Team and Co -ordinate with logistics team to make sure optimum utilization of available resources.
• Direct Consultation with SAP Team in resolution of End User Tool’s problems related to supply chain process.
• Manage internal business operations, escalate IT issues and track daily activities and update it regularly and ensure that processes are followed as per the quality standards
