 Currently, the Senior Integration Lead for the comprehensive AMS client “Shire”.
 The implementation started in February 2017 until April 2017 (1st April 2017 was the Go-Live
Date)
 Played a vital role in planning and testing throughout the implementation.
 Day to day support of Workday HCM, Security, Payroll and Compensation and Reporting issues.
 Created and used calculated fields in Reporting, Business processes and Integrations within
Workday.
 Worked on Payroll Interfaces and have been involved with integrations in both Workday Studio
and EIB.
 Knowledge of Payroll Domain, Role and User based security.
 Have worked on around 20 enhancement tickets since the Go-Live (April 2017). (This includes
PICOF’s, BP triggered Integrations, Studio Outbound and Inbounds.
 Some of the primary enhancement tickets worked upon:
* Dynamic Signal Web service integration -- A Workday Studio Custom Integration using
Rest API client had to be set up to sync Shire employee information using Dynamic
Signal Voicestorm REST endpoints. The REST API will use the authorization code and
secret token to secure a connection with the Voicestorm API. This application will use
OAUTH 2.0 authentication protocol. The application uses client credentials grant type.
The application will request a bearer token and use the bearer token for all subsequent
REST API request.
* Voya Integrations: Copy Prod files and drop in Globalscape folder and all these
Integrations would be able to deliver the files to the additional server.
* Build Integration with Service Now -- This integration provided employee and contingent
worker (temp labor) information from Workday to a downstream identity management
system for provisioning of corporate accounts (for example for email and corporate
network access). The file which was delivered was having comma quote wrapped-
delimiter.
* As part of April release, we required to create an integration which will run on daily
basis and identify, For Contingent Worker whether there is any mismatch between
“Account Expiration Date” and “Contract End Date”. If there exist any mismatch, update
the Account Expiration Date by Contract End Date in workday.
* Additional logic for CW to FTE conversions -- The client had requested to incorporate
logic for Contractors converted to Employees. It was expected that for a Contingent
Worker if there is any mismatch between “Account Expiration Date” and “Contract End
Date”, then update the Account expiration Date as Contract End Date to avoid
unnecessary Account access lock out/ extension for those employees. But this is
creating as issue when Contingent Worker is being converted to Employee. And
therefore an additional validation rule needs to be included which handles such cases by
not updating the Account Expiration Date by Contract End Date.
