• Successfully negotiate and conclude contracts to achieve revenue targets

• Responsible for Purchase order placement, Contract negotiation, Vendor analysis, Subcontract management, Direct Management Reports, Back Order Reports, Review closure of Internal/External projects.
• Fuel price Analysis & ERP Customization and Management
• Responsible to direct and manage all Aircraft Sales Activities in India for UBC- Careers Aviation Pvt. ltd
• Coordination with Supplier ensure on time delivery of aircraft on sale or on lease.
• Organizing aircraft on lease for airline companies in India and abroad.
• Aircraft Management ( Fleet Management - Including Crew)
• Managing Aviation HR division which supply Pilots and Air Hostesses for Companies in India and Abroad
• Managing Business Development Executives in their Day to day Activities and Implementation.
• Establishing business with various cultural events and activities.
• Collecting the Candidate database from schools and colleges in North Kerala.
• Conducting seminars and career guidance workshop in the schools and colleges.
• Coordinate promotional events and projects like publicizing the image of the firm.
• Finding Potential place and Conducting Career Guidance Seminar.
• Daily telephonic enquiries track maintenance.
• Managing the Store day to day activities, sales of Reliance phones and the broad band products
• Establishing business relationship with new as well as existing customers.
