Ensuring timely fulfilment of all customer orders assuming responsibility for the overall performance of distribution chain process till customer delivery.
•Work collaboratively with each department in areas of Sales, PMT, Customer service, and Accounts to ensure effective communication and support of company directives, customer requirements as well as business needs.

•Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: welcoming guests, inbound call and comforting key guests by escorting them to respective senior management offices.

•Communicating with overseas agents for cargo requirements, movements and strict follow up with dispatch for documents and invoices to the clients.
•Interacting with operations and cargo handling team for efficient execution of responsibilities.
•Handling successfully all import shipments from first to final step.
•Organize office operations and procedures.

educational exhibitions in schools .
