Joined the organization as Loss Prevention Group Head / Acting as Safety & Environmental Protection Division Manager, moved on upward career trajectories, to merit promotion to the position of Corporate Risk Management Manager.

• Championed and enforced compliance to safety, environmental protection and loss prevention best practices across SEC.
• Capture data trends/ performed loss prevention annual analysis and reported to leadership teams on safety and loss prevention issues, statistics, and recommendations for improvement.
• Proposed new integrated classification of SEC’s SMS for all business lines to be more harmonious and compatible with SAP modules, and differentiate risk related activities from other elements in protocol.
• Introduced safety audit process, standard operating procedure (SOP), and documentation for all procedures
• Administered integration of Work Clearance Module with SAP, thus facilitated better efficiency across all power plants according to risk assessments.
• Lead Auditor of work permit process evaluation in Power Plants, transmission and distribution, and generated in-depth report according to risk consequences.
