I am holding all service response I arrange all service team job for next day . and also I keep touch with technicians to know what status for his work and also need to know if he finished his job or need part to fix problem or not and also I arrange with spare part in charge to arrange spare part for same days or next day to solve customer problem and need force the customer care guy to contact with customer to know if he happy with technician work or he have remark and also i go to close the the technician job in our company system (Axapta) and also i received cash money from technician and deposit the cash money in our company account and send the slip form to our accountant to clear my advance money form my account and more job i do included with this all work what I do ........
