* General manager Factories
(02.04.2008 until now):
Responsible for:
o In addition of the previous duties
o Responsible of 6 factories in different places which include around 650 employers (productions department maintenance department quality department and the stores)
o All day to day design of equipment; the plant layout; materials handling; and production planning (including demand forecasting, production scheduling and ordering of materials) and meeting production targets.
o Process monitoring, quality control deployment of manpower in shift.
o Responsibility encompass: production control (the sequencing of jobs, updating time schedule, etc) stock control;quality control;health and safety issues;and the maintenance and replacements of production equipments.
o Motivating, developing and directing people as they work identifying the best people for the job.
o Identifying their training need and progressing their carrier development
o Monitoring /assessing performance of the individuals or organization to make improvements or take corrective action
o Coordinating and participating in quality control and quality assurance activity
o Participating in material flow diagrams and preparations of SOPs.
o Coordinating with store manager for inventory as well as finished good stock
o Coordinating with production stores executive for day to day inventories for raw materials of the production.
o Responsible for all the new projects and machines in the company which include the feasibility study, communications with the machine suppliers from all around the world (Italy, Germany, India, Taiwan, USA .etc), doing the machine testing before shipping.
o I'm having a good knowledge in different kind of machines (manual rewinder, autorewinder (foil, cling film ..), aluminium containers press, flexo printing machines, bag making machines, laminations machine, die cutting machines shrink machines flow wrapping machines .etc)
* Production Manager (1.10.2005 until 1.4.2008)
o Responsible for: * Providing management with regular reports about the factory situation, requirements, production process, factory problems with solutions, proposed studies to improve the production process as well as improving the required management qualifications in the factory sections.
* Inspecting all incoming raw materials into the factory. Also inspecting spare parts, tools, new or old packing materials, and inspecting their quantity and their kind according to required specifications.
* Supervising and inspecting production process required specifications and ensuring the quality of the produced materials.
* Supervising the production laboratories and specifying their needs.
* Specifying production unit needs of employees and supervisors, and inspecting their training to be sure of their qualification through their experience period.
* Supervising decanting of produced material into pre-prepared kegs, monitoring filling, closing them correctly and putting them in a special place for transfer to storage.
* Maintaining raw material quantity amounts and producing materials in storage.
* Supervising production lines inside and outside units and informing the maintenance section immediately about any needed follow-up.
* Inspecting tests related to water used in heating and cooling which is used in the production process.
* Inspecting the boilers' process and cooling as well as water purification machines which are used in the factory..
* Production Officer.

o Responsible for: * Three production lines for producing alkyds, driers, wood glues and other products.
* Testing the quality of products.
* Controlling water treatment units.
* Dealing with heaters, boilers and cooling towers.
* Filling lines of the of the finished products.
