Responsible of entire IT department in the Company, looking after projects of IT, Monthly IT training for employees, brining up new software's like field daily job report, HSE, HR and Payroll, ROD management, Expense usage software, DocuWare database Software, Oracle ERP software, IP telephony etc..., looking after entire internet and computer support to all employees, doing IT Admin works as well. basically everything belongs to the IT.
Handling Front Desk Department, dealing with internal and external guest and briefing the team on daily basis of our front office forecast and also looking after sales department and doing outdoor sales meeting with corporate companies, travel agencies and trying to move into ministries, brought up new tour facilities for our guest and also looking after Information Technology Department renewing and upgrading all software’s and working on new project of IT and also working on hotel revenue.
Started Working on SQL Server 2008 Backend, Maintaining servers, handling 19 Branches IT products, working on new projects, handling head office all IT related issues plus supporting the team, checking daily backups and generating the reports from SQL and working on new queries in SQL, also looking after the main database in general basis and doing IT admin and doing computer maintenance.
Handling all Oman’s Hospitality accounts and providing all IT solutions for hotels like ( cabling, networking, hotel management software IDS, IPTV, IP telephonic, CCTV, etc.. also with AMC contract support to client, also working on new projects and same time looking at admin related issues. Dell & HP servers, storages PC’s etc..
Acting IT Manager, Handling all IT related issue alone in the entire hotel, looking over all the systems in the hotel (Lotus Notes emailing system, Micros FB system, Opera front office system, Iscala financial system, Delphi Sales & Marketing system, and also dealing with support companies for the products we have in the hotel, troubleshooting for core switches, checking the connections for all areas in the hotel such a networking, also checking the if the links between the all computers are fine, working on the internet explorer updates on the market, new technologies presentations, looking over all hardware issues and all printer issues
Dealing with Management, looking after everything and all complains and materials belongs to hotel IT, working on all the servers like (exchange server, opera application server, opera database server, POS server, Pay Server, ISA server) and looking over the problems with the servers, working on all hotel software’s like (Outlook Emailing System), (POS Micros F&B System), (Opera V 4 front office system), (MC Materials Control store system), (IPTV television system), (Sun system for Financial), (excel vision) and handling all telephones complains and setups and PABX system setups, music Styling cabling setups and installations, looking over CCTV security Cameras. Looking after hardware’s problems, dealing with all IT vendors regarding any IT Issues, making planes for future IT

Pre opening computers, printers, network cabling setup for all three hotels (Al Husn, Al Bandar, Al waha) and dealing with all guest complains and looking after the office area complains checking server backup on daily basis installing hotel software’s like (Lotus Notes emailing system), (POS infrasys F&B system), (TMS Table Management System for F&B outlets reservation system), (MBT Store system), (Opera V4 front Office System), (CSS Concept Spa System) and working on computer Hardware’s as well.
courses: 50 hrs in Government Institute and 2 years carpentry in government vocational institute. Computer Basic in Al Maqamat Institute.
