Manage the planning of potential programs within Company
•Manage the meetings with concerned divisions/departments/sections to discuss the customer requirements and/or interpret RFP to gather the technical requirements of the requested services
•Manage the initial technical scope, design approach, estimation of budget, resources and potential risks
•Lead the meetings with the customer to confirm and negotiate the technical scope
•Finalize program plans including phases/work streams, key activities, milestones etc. and ensure that the responsibilities are assigned to team based on their capability and availability
•Design and set-up the most suitable and effective control program management organization on all program to meet objectives in compliance with contractual specifications
•Manage the effective implementation of the program aligned with the program plan, budget guidelines, volume throughput, industry standards and expectation to improve safety and compliance
•Manage the mobilization of all inputs and resources i.e. executive team, manpower, capital and infrastructure
•Maintain contact between key stakeholders and service providers to ensure that agreed goals and priorities are reflected in the delivery of relevant programs
•Analyze and monitor program progress and provide update to stakeholders on whether performance measures/ standards of the program are met and whether progress is being accomplished towards program objectives
•Analyze and provide update to stakeholders on all program risks; suggest measures to mitigate risks; and escalate major issues/concerns to the stakeholders
•Manage contracts and agreements with vendors in coordination with Contract & Procurement Department
•Manage an orderly transfer of all the knowledge internally and external (customer)obtained during the program phases/work streams
•Manage quality reviews at key implementation milestones
•Manage stakeholders expectations and provide feedback on implementation progress
•Manage the program towards its desired strategic direction
•Manage the provision on-site support to customers
•Manage efficient and regular internal and external (customer) meetings to communicate project milestones achieved and provide status update on projects/programs
•Adhere to safety, health and environmental procedures

Manage employees in the department in performing their delegated tasks
•Identify the technology needs that ensure that the department processes are performed efficiently and cost effectively
•Assist to develop and implement division budget and monitor financial performance against the budget
•Lead the meetings with concerned Company divisions/departments/sections
•Lead meetings (in coordination with Project Managers/Program Managers) with the customer to confirm and negotiate the technical scope with respect to Advanced Systems Integration requirements
•Finalize the technical scope (with respect to Advanced Systems Integration requirements) and ensure team’s coordination with concerned Company divisions/departments/sections to conclude the proposal
•Design and set-up the most suitable and effective control organization in all Advanced Systems Integration projects/work stream/phase to meet objectives in compliance with contractual specifications
•Review and approve Advanced Systems Integration project/work stream/phase plans including key activities, milestones etc.
•Lead the execution/conduct evaluation of Advanced Systems Integration projects/programs
•Review and approve product design, technical risk assessment and the recommendation on risk mitigation measures related to advanced systems.
•Review and approve the recommendations of test analysis of product prototype and design change
•Ensure that the final products are manufactured and fabricated/assembled/integrated as per the data pack, key product aspects/specification, 3D drawing of the design and other necessary technical specifications
•Ensure the coordination with Procurement & Contract Department for the all material purchase requirements
•Ensure all department personnel undergo adequate training and are qualified to perform the work which they have been assigned
•Ensure/lead efficient and regular external (customer) meetings to communicate project/program milestones achieved and provide status update.
•Develop capabilities within the department to accommodate wider scope of work
•Ensure teams adherence to safety, health and environmental procedures
