Responsibilities:
Headed 16 qualified credit Admin. and control, Supervisors & Officers over eight branches.
As head of the Credit Administration department, - Credit Administration shoulders the overall responsibility of the credit administration function &Control including loan documentation, risk controls, management of limits/interest conditions in the system, insurance, mortgages etc, also responsible for monitoring all the excess/irregularities in the customer accounts.
 To ensure that the Credit Approval are approved by the required approval authority and with line with credit policy, more over the compliance with CB of UAE, and Jordan regulations.
 Ensure that all security documentation complies with the terms of approval and enforceable and any exceptions are appropriately approved prior to disbursement of loans.
 To monitor security coverage to ensure appropriate coverage is in place over assets pledged as collateral, and is properly assigned to the bank.
 To maintain control over all security documentation .
 To monitor borrowers compliance with covenants and agreed terms and conditions, and general monitoring of account conduct/performance.
 Ensure compliance with internal polices and procedures and external regulatory requirements, and that all internals and external audit recommendations are implemented.
 Ensure the department operations, including the preparation of loan documentation, recording of charges, and reporting of exceptions is done in a timely manner.
