● Responsible for managing incoming digital sales leads, converting leads into successful leads, work with existing clients to further partnership with them, and finding new opportunities for sales growth.
● Ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

• Selling the resume packages to the job seekers over the phone through cold calling.
• Proactively manage the quality of all customer interactions.
