The Quality Assurance Manger position is a demanding position, I manages three different dimensions at the same time as well as my responsibility over the Internal Communication and its development inside the organization. The three dimensions are:

1- Quality Management: which is concerned with the Quality Management System within the bank & the ISO 9000 Certification Maintenance, and all the related functions & processes, such as: “ Quality Reviews, Quality Circles, Suggestion Scheme, Quality Board Meetings, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & preventive Actions, Quality Manual, Standard Times, Productivity Management, Continuous Improvement, Service Quality, Customer & Employee Satisfaction, Customer & Employees Complaints, Conducting Training & Awareness in Quality & PSI and conducting SLA’s Satisfaction Surveys and Follow-up.

2- Policies & Procedures: which is concerned with Developing, Maintaining, Controlling, Administering & Circulating all the Policies (including the Credit Policy), Operations Procedures, Authorities Tables, Price Lists, Committees, Manuals, Forms, Reports, Stamps, SLA’s, Chairman of the Board & GM Decisions, and managing the Circulars system. All the above is made available and publicized over the Intranet Portal of the bank to be available/accessible by all the bank staff in a timely manner.

3- Bank Web sites: which is concerned with managing the External & Internal web sites of the bank. This includes their Content Management, keeping them current, evaluating them periodically, managing the e-mail and feedback received from customers, updating the FAQ’s and web site hits and traffic analysis.

- Loans, Credit Facilities, (LC`s), (LG's), Deposits, Customer Services, Foreign Currencies, Accounting, Finance & Managerial affaires.
 audit programs were conducted on bank branches and centralized processes departments.
-  My work with the bank can be described as a Management Consultant on several issues that include; Computer-Related Audit, Control and Security, Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO 9000, Internet and Technology.
 Some of these special assignments are:
 Preparing the banks Computer, Internet and E-Mail use policy.
 Participated in the implementation of Control and Risk Self-Assessment System (CRSA) in the banks IT department .
 Reviewing and evaluating The Bank's WEB Site compared to other bank's sites.
- Conducted a research project included preparing a Questionnaire to measure Employees Security Awareness in the bank.
 Preparing a Study and an Audit Program regarding Disaster Recovery and Contingency Planning at the bank.
 Evaluating Backup and Recovery Procedures at the bank.
 Evaluating Computer Application systems such as: (LG, LOANS, RETAIL, EXCHANGE, CENTRAL CLEARING, ACCESS CARDS & ATM).
 Reviewing Employees Procedures regarding Computers, ID's and Passwords at the bank.
 Auditing the banks VISA and Electronic Cards department.
 During my work I achieved a track record of excellent performance which was rewarded by letters of Thanks and Gratitude from the Chairman, the GM and General Inspector. I was also awarded with several Promotions, Salary increases and monetary incentives.
I was nominated and awarded a jointly funded Scholarship with the British Council-Jordan to study for (MBA) degree in the UK during the period (9/98-9/99).
Also, I am a (CISA=Certified Information Systems Auditor) since 8/2001.
I am a (Certified ISO9000 Lead Auditor)from the Quality Management Institute (QMI)/Canada.
