 Build/ maintain productive business relationship with key decision makers across client organizations
 Maintain updated knowledge of ITS solution offering/capabilities to align ITS team representation with customer’s expectations
 Provide presales support and consultancy for the banking solutions
 Setting up projects scope & objectives
 Define/develop project plans, goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks identifications, contingency plans and allocation of available resources
 Prepare executive internal/customer status-reports/ issues and set levels of communications & conflict resolution strategies to comply with customer’s deliverables/ expectations
 Manage customer’s executive steering committee meetings, coordinate with executives
 Guide specialists, developers and users in ensuring qualitative delivery of projects
 Implement best practices re-usage and logging lessons learned within PMO tools/database
 Solutions delivery, customer’s expectations, contractual agreements, and various levels of interactions & coordination across GCC, Egypt & Levant
