Responsibilities are:

Handling all kinds of correspondences, emails, eBEAMS, Oracle (Self Service) etc.

To ensure that services and workflow are run in an effective and efficient manner.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Generate & Process Material Requests in eBEAMS.
Create / Process leaves, Overtimes in Oracle Self Service.
Prepare and Process Nature Work Allowances, Travel Time, Transport Allowances.
Maintain files, records and performs all associated clerical duties.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, routine correspondence, and reports.
Set up and handle incoming mails & Calls.
Update project status reports.
Implement and maintain office systems.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Prepares all Service Work Order Form in the KOC System & Handle other contract SOF.
Arrange and confirm appointments, organized internal and external events.
Set up and maintain filing systems, work procedures, databases.
Feeds into personal computer the input data connected with the Company activities, daily log sheets, monthly activity and breakdown reports, inventory of stores and equipment, weekly and monthly time sheets, level and distribution of manpower and transport, leave program and the like.
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information, liaison with internal and external contacts.
Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally, manage office space.
