During the beginning of taking over the showroom it was a challenge to get a grib on everything inventory employees clients also. But for the next 6 months my focus mainly was on implementing rules and guidelines for the showroom
inventory a dedicated team from the company HQ to do inventory weekly and with that we always met clients and corporate accounts needs and control on loses
Payroll saved on labor only have staff on duty when needed
Always deliver high quality insure that clients is always satisfied with our products and services and feed back is always acted up on.
After 1 year I was promoted with all the extra activities and extra POS locations that sold our products my new title was Corporate accounts executive I handled all of our clients such as Operators online sales hypermarket and Gov Dept.
I also launched a team dedicated for social media which improved our online sales and customer service.
Started as a regular Staff guest services it was the owners first franchise location as the time went by I was promoted to manager I have proven that I'm up to the tasks and Guest feedback were positive by 2008 4 more locations were opened.
I have joined their team as a intern I have heard of the company and I have a passion for automotive I wanted to lean the steps of making a custom car like the installation of Head units speakers monitors amps subwoofers and body kits.
After 6 months I was promoted to floor sales manager and also worked as a technician installation also had my own clients from out of state clients.

I started early in the season to get the store ready for summer improve location of everything changing out of date equipments.
