Overall Goals: Sustained shareholders value growth, risk
management, separation of management from ownership. Which
includes process revamp, legal, capital structure, establishing
planning, budgeting, and regular business review disciplines,
restructuring finance department.
• With Chairman’s support, key driver of culture and organization
change to transform from owner centric to Corporatized Family
Business organized around a separate Business Units each with
clear roles, strategies, KPI’s and targets contributing to overall
group goals.

• Focus on the various elements of costing, pricing and tracking
effectiveness, efficiency and productivity by any combination of:
service type, location, department, outsource, unit, etc.
• Successfully and actively managing and preparing all financial
and non-financial information.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with external
agencies, including external auditors, financial institutions,
liaising with banks for fund management.
• Review and evaluate new investments for private placement and
conduct financial feasibility studies for investments.
• Successfully initiate, manage, and arrange financial institutes
relationships and facilities at minimum cost.
• Review and approve cash flow forecast and monitor funding
requirements
• Provide leadership in the areas of finance and accounting for the organization.
• Assure compliance with state, local and corporate policies and procedures, regulations and laws.
• Developing the management mechanism in Finance Department in order to reduce financial risk.
