Main responsibilities:
Project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing.
Manage communications and engagement of stakeholders.
Right now I’m handling the following projects at Cairo:
• Hiring and training project.
• Office setup project.
• New ERP implementation project.
Accomplishments
Successfully one of the main jobs now is fully operational from Cairo.

Main responsibilities:
• Manage a newly established company
• Owner of company shares
• Fully authorized to manage all company’s assets and have the full legal decision making rights and power of attorney
• Responsible for all tenders, sales leads and procurements
Following were some of my responsibilities:
Carry out site surveys to evaluate time, cost, and required resources.
Project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing.
Manage communications and engagement of stakeholders.
Provide training and consultation for Sales teams and customers.
Accomplishments
• Hired, trained, managed six team members.
• Successfully delivered projects with 1.2M SAR in the first year from CCTV projects.
