Managed the construction of about Five million square meters of Infrastructure Works Package for Housing Project consisting of about 5000 Villas - KSA: Storm Water (Network, Culverts & Open Channels), Potable Water (Network, Reservoir & Pumping Stations), Irrigation Water (Network, Reservoir & Pumping Stations), Sewage System (Network, Lifting Stations), Electrical (Network, Two 120 Mega Watt Stations (380 & 120 KVA), Street Lighting Systems, Low Current & Telecommunication Systems), Landscaping & Hardscaping, Earthworks & Roads (Total value: about 1.31 billion SAR).
Managed the construction of about 25000 M2 (Built up area) of Central Security Buildings Project in Dammam - KSA and 15000 M2 comprehensive Hospital. The project also included 250000 M2 of External Infrastructure works - Utilities Networks (Storm Water, Sewage, Drainage, Tap & Drinking Water, Electrical Power, Lighting & Low Current Systems), hardscaping, landscaping … etc. Not forgetting to mention necessary plants (STP, Grey Water & RO). (Total project value: about 1.2 billion SAR).
• Develop and implement annual business plans with required budgets and expected cash flow estimates, develop strategies to achieve plan objectives, monitor and evaluate progress and re-plan using a range of tools and techniques.
• Coordinate with multiple teams - divisions, projects management, program management, application engineering, installation and field execution - establish effective work plans and priorities and schedule project works to achieve cost, delivery and quality norms in projects aligned to overall company objectives.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies to evaluate business opportunities and evolve strategies that enhance organizational performance by improving profits, enhancing productivity, maximizing efficiencies and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate improved cross-functional and business balance through programs leading to positive behavioural changes and organizational development.
• Monitor the progress and status of the company’s development plans and projects under implementation to assure achievement of predefined goals.
• Continually upgrade practices, processes, tools and templates leading to integration of new technologies and development of optimized solutions delivering the best quality and productivity and minimum costs.

o Managed the project for construction of the National Commercial Bank residential compound which consists of 44 villas including two recreational centres, annexes, two swimming pools & all necessary external Infrastructure works - Utilities Networks (Storm Water, Sewage, Drainage, Tap & Drinking Water, Electrical Power, Lighting & Low Current Systems), hardscaping, landscaping. Total built up area: 23000 sq m, value: about SR 125 million.
o Managed the construction of GOSI-2, a commercial and residential building with 21 floors at Madinah KSA, area: 73500 sqm, value: about SR 285 million.
o Worked as an Assistant Manager in the Planning, Studies and Follow up department.
