· Provide M&E support to programs. · Oversee or support the development of data collection methodology or tools.
· Ensure that monitoring data are reported timely.
· Support and contribute to the development of data management system through documentation, implementation and coordination of standardized information flow for M&E activates and reports.
· Participate in development of guidance and frameworks for CO procedures, policies and process that assist in institutionalizing and supporting M&E in the country mission.
· Participate in preparation and/or implementation of capacity building and training workshops for staff on M&E implementation.
· Provide technical analysis and feedback to NRC representatives in coordination forums.
•Organize transportation of IOM migrants/refugees by implementing appropriate operational procedures.
•Make booking arrangements with the carriers, including preparation and distribution of passenger manifests.
•Coordinate with offices responsible for transit, reception and post-arrival assistance
•Ensure timely notification of internal and external partners concerning relevant bookings, routings, cancellations, etc
•Prepare and distribute passenger travel documents and tickets
•Conduct pre departure briefings with the migrants/refugees, including information dissemination, counselling and orientation training
•Prepare statistical reports as necessary and required
•Field Visits, Conducting field visits to partners sites to monitor progress and performance of UNICEFs partners ensuring better outcomes for children in Jordan.
•Reporting, Produce quality, relevant and consistent written reports to sections to highlight progress and performance of UNICEFs partners
•Planning, Conduct planning and preparation activities before each visit during office time to ensure sufficient technical knowledge to identify key issues
•Data management, Continuously update UNICEFs partners information gathered from the field visits.
•Data Analysis, Analyze data gathered from post distribution monitoring activities.
•Product managing, Creating a product list to be put on display for costumers to choose from.
•Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
•Make sales presentations.
•Walk door-to-door and solicit business

•Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
