• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
As Management Representative Responsibilities:
• Design, Establish, Implement QHSE, Energy & Road Traffic Safety Integrated Management
• System Manual, policies, objective targets, process, procedures, formats
• Make sure Health, Safety, Environment Energy & Road Traffic Safety and Quality policies of the
• Group are strictly followed by internal staff and external contractors.
• Manage, control and coordinate all activities within the HSEQ, En& RTS department.
• Maintain and update all HSEQ, En& RTS related reports and guides.
• Train all employees and contractors based on Total’s HSEQ, En& RTS values.
• Perform announced and unannounced safety drills.
• Analyze different departments HSEQ En& RTS related activities in order to determine preventive procedures.
• Ensure that all operations are run according to the IMS standards and requirements
• Provide the necessary reports on the performance of quality management system and any need for
improvement to senior management.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of the needs of customer's requirements throughout the company.
• Govern customer satisfaction process & customers complaints and suggestions and ensure itsdone properly
• Maintain and enforce ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, 39001 and OHSAS 18001 standards &procedures.

• Contribute to the development of business excellence strategy in support of business objectivesand in the execution of organization-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in standardizing quality approaches across the organization, including processes, tools, and measures to ensure consistency.
• Business Excellence in the development of a quality management system across the organizationto ensure compliance with EFQM standards.
• Business Excellence in the development of quality-related policies, procedures, and processes toensure effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
• Conduct quality compliance (RADAR) assessments to ensure implementation of set EFQMstandards and commitment towards continuous improvement.
• Business Excellence in preparing for awareness sessions related to EFQM standards, initiatives, and measures to ensure the employees' understanding of the same.
• Develop and recommend plan and activities to improve on the current HR System &process development
• Prepare regular reports on the progress of quality-related initiatives as instructed by the Top
Management, Business Excellence.
