•• Participating in CAPITAL EFFECTIVNESS PROGRAM initiated by SWCC to develop and improve the reporting procedures (Weekly/ Monthly), using Power BI, comprehensive Excel sheets, Risk Register, Stakeholder Register, Issue Register. Participated in different level workshops to train Consultant and Contractor representatives to adopt New SWCC procedures under CAPITAL EFFECTIVNESS PROGRAM.
• Projects interface with 3 consultants (2 x Khatib Alami, ILF) and 4 contractors (2 x MAPA, SSEM, AICC)
• Liaison with A.T. Kearney (Management Consultant Company) for development / implementation of Power BI reporting system across the SWCC.
• Provide project controls techniques to SWCC. Presentations to my Saudi colleagues for Planning Know How Transfer.
• Verify and approve Work Breakdown Structure for the Project.
• Review and analyze Primavera resource loaded baselines / recovery EPC schedules including narrative and supporting Information.
• Analyze critical paths to determine effect of changes on the schedule.
• Develops and implements project scheduling procedures across all three projects to maintain common finish dates for key interfaces between the projects.
• Look ahead presentations to SWCC for 50%, 75% completion phases of the projects, forecast delays and propose corrective / preventive measures.
• Preparation of EOT assessments.
• Support team members to prepare, monitor & track “Risk Registers” & “Lessons Learnt”.
• Review and analyze weekly dashboards, monthly progress reports from consultants for submission to SWCC head office.
• Attend bi-weekly progress meeting and evaluate work performed.u8-8u7pj,
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of Chairman of the Taif Committee.

• Monitoring and Controlling of project milestones set by the client.
• Preparation of WBS in accordance with scope of work.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports for Client.
• S-curve preparation and analysis.
• Gathering site progress information and incorporating in the Progress reports including Cash flow.
• Analyzing Look ahead programs.
• Critically analyzing the scheduled activities as per Planning schedule submitted and on-going site activities.
• Monitoring and ensuring periodic reporting of Contractor/ subcontractor schedules.
• Analysing Daily- Weekly- Monthly Progress reports prepeared and submitted by the Contractor.
• Critically reviewing the Planning Schedule prepared and submitted by the contractor.
• Critically analysing the scheduled activities as per Planning schedule submitted and on-going site activities.
• Guiding the contractor about the deviations in critical path.
• Pridicting and Managing the floats in the schedule.
• Planning the project activities, preparing the baseline program using computer software (primavera P6),
• Updating the program in order to check the project progress by comparing the actual progress with planned progress using earned value method

• Attend meetings with End User, Client, Project Management, Consultant and Authorities, whenever required

• Detail Design of Infrastructure Facilities (Water Supply, Sewerage, and Storm Water Drainage) for the Residential Colony of DASU HYDROPOWER PROJECT staff.
• Worked on Detail Sewerage Design of Power House, Transformer Cavern and Main Control building.
• Worked on preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of infrastructure facilities.

• Worked as ASSISTANT PLANNING/ COORDINATION ENGINEER with AUERCON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS and ACE (ASSOCIATED CONSULTANT ENGINEERS) on Conceptual and Integrated Infrastructure Design of Royal Trail, Storm water & Waste Water Drainage Project Delhi Gate, Lahore.
• Worked on preparation of PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE under WORLD BANK guidelines for the project. (Hiring of CONSULTANTS, Local and International, CONTRACTORS )
• Worked on Laying of New Sewerage, Storm water & Water Supply System in Kucha Charakh Garan, inside Delhi Gate, Lahore.
