- Develop and applied Human Relation Strategy plan.
- Establish Two Training Centers and Comprehensive Training Plan.

- Conduct Job analysis to develop job descriptions depend on semi-Structured interview technique.(HAY Format)
- Review & maintenance in total (350) job description cards.
- Preparing the process of evaluation panel to evaluate new job titles depending on (HAY methodology).
- Participating in developing HR policies, such as (Job analysis & Evaluation, recruitments and selection, promotion, performance appraisal).
- Participating in building, identifying and maintaining Organization structure.
- Initiating & promoting new performance appraisal form.
- Conduct Manpower planning for ASEZA staff.
- Setting up HR Strategic planning (2007 - 2010).
- Designing & conducting Presentations about HR Directorate's projects, policies & other activities, such as (new employee guidelines, identifying training needs, ).
- Participating in competency study for ASEZA jobs with Saudi Development & training company limited by using work profiling system.(WPS).
- Participating in conduct training need analysis to prepare ASEZA Training Plan.
This study aimed to study the affect of Employee development programs (Employee training, self-learning, Employee empowerment, career path development, performance evaluation) on marketing innovation (generating creative ideas, product innovation, promotion innovation, pricing innovation, distribution innovation, social responsibility innovation).
