 Ensure that the sales month end report is accomplished and submitted on time.
 Prepare the delivery advice report for the furniture deliveries.
 Follow up of payment with the existing clients and notify the accounts department for payment matching.
 Prepare a weekly report of furniture invoice summary, collection data, sales performance report, order booking details etc and submit to the General Manager.
 Handling all vendor registration / qualification questionnaire.
