Updating the books of the company
Preparing statement of accounts
Assists in the preparation of financial statements and reconciliation of reports with the accounting records.
Process client's application for all deposit accounts, enrollment and issuance of checkbooks.
Process payroll and payments for miscellaneous transactions.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
