• Responsible to handling Business critical top management events and VC.
• Responsible to monitor VC session, site certification, multipoint meeting set up and QA testing.

• Troubleshooting and monitoring of digital signage system, advertisement presentation system.
• Supporting large and various important video conferencing and events hosted from AV APAC, US and UK.
• Responsible for weekly, monthly testing according to checklist of AV Equipment’s.
• Responsible to provide user manual and training to user.
• Operation of IPTV (TRIPLE PLAY Server) integrated system for real-time distribution of video, voice and data content directly to the TV sets of end-users
• To interface with users, consultants, technical teams and vendors for remote hardware support and RMA replacements.
To be responsible for working closely with Conferencing Services Team coordinating conferencing room software upgrades worldwide.
To apply excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues and recognize priority issues and escalate them accordingly

• Support LCD, plasma, projection screen, Electronics copy board, Interactive Boards Installation, Troubleshooting & Projector.
• Networking L2 Support SIP, H.323, H 320, H.239 Protocols TCP, UDP.
• Desktop & Network L2 Support.
Responsibilities: - Manage Helpdesk & Games Venues Support Engineer.
• Installation, Troubleshooting of Audio visual device, Audio video switcher, amplifier, speakers.
Network Printer, Wireless & LAN, WAN, Router Switch. Configuration Troubleshooting VoIP Phones, security cameras.
