*Handles multiple branch of Caffe Bene
*Oversee the day to day work and operation to ensure adherence to organization guidelines.
*Drives the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the store management team within the assigned
stores to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives.
*Ensure Cost controllable and waste management are well managed by analyzes the report.
*Develops action plans and execute the plans in the stores to reduce the inventory and food cost.
*Evaluates store performance using the tools and co-develop action steps to fix the root causes.
*Ensures all stores adhere to Food Safety minimums (Organizational and Government Policies)
*Conducts 2 monthly Audit to the all stores
*Drives Organizational Goals and Target (including sales and profits) at the stores.
*Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in store
performance.
*Conduct a daily cash audit
*Conducting monthly (twice) audit in the assigned stores.
*Monitors and manages staffing levels, ensure employee development in order to achieve and maintain the operational
requirements.
