• Manage People, Team and Competencies by building effective cross unit and cross functional teams, staffing planning coordination, overall recruiting coordination for project, competence mapping and development coordination according to project needs and practices and budget planning coordination and control.
• Responsible for overall operation and project activities on site by ensuring that the project is completed in a timely and cost effective manner within the specified quality and safety standards.
• Create a structured and effective communication process by constantly communicate the importance of quality work between vendors / contractors, sub-contractors & employees and develop strong, effective relationship with the Client and other government agencies to ensure cooperation and understanding of issues and problem faced.
