Consultant to Diplomatic Trade at Maritime And Mercantile International - MMI
  • United Arab Emirates - Dubai
  • My current job since June 2017

I was appointed on a Consultancy Basis to work with MMI to develop their presence in the Diplomatic Supply Market.

My objective was to develop the Key Markets in the Middle & Far East.

Working closely with each member of the team, we strategized and approached each market with a fresh outlook that I designed.

Traveling to meet with potential customers and presenting them with a new view on MMI proved to be a huge success and resulted in us securing new orders for Q4 2017 and Q1 2018 which will be recurring each quarter from then on.

Results lead to a 5% increase in revenue from the previous year and a 24-30% increase forecast for 2018.
