o Reporting on key milestones and issues to senior stakeholders to ensure critical areas are addressed on time and in the best manner.
o Lead project monitoring activities to ensure major risks and issues are highlighted and managed on a timely and efficient manner.
o Processing the Change Approval Board requirements to cover cut-over resources, execution, tests &roll-back planning, risk assessment and mitigation planning, lessons learned and Project Closure report for every project or change request delivery.

KEY Achievements:
o Closed the delivery of 6 projects for the MTN Group Loyalty Campaign Management System V4.0 Solution upgrades and upgrades of the ICP 15-04 of the Ericsson Mobile Money Converged Wallet -ECW in Uganda, Zambia and Swaziland.
o Managed the implementation the Prepaid Management System (PPMS) &SIM Manager Deployment in Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia &Swaziland.
o Also was Project Manager, ITSS part, of MTN Next! Project in Rwanda, Uganda, Zambia &Swaziland. This project is to overhaul the entire business support system infrastructure in the 4 MTN OPCOs, consolidate them and replace with a new state of the art ERP to be hosted in South Africa within 3 years.

•4G/LTE Deployment Project: specialist support for HSS R3.1 for 4G network at Orange Uganda \[April/May2013\].
•SMSC +CRBT Integration Project: Specialist Core Network Support for integrating Huawei SMSC + Ring-back-tone (CRBT) application onto the HLR and MSS \[Dec2012\].
• MVNO K2 Telecom Implementation Project: Project Core Lead to implement the first-ever national MVNO in Uganda as delivered over the Orange network \[Dec2012\].
•HLR Upgrade Project: Specialist HLR Support at HLR SDMv1.1-v1.3, XMC &SDMExpert upgrade at OUL \[2012\].
•Specialist Project Support: Project to deploy Kabira Provisioning (KPSA) application \[2010\] & Ring-Tone (CRBT) application \[2011\] integration with Subscriber Data Manager SDM and Soft-switch at OUL.

Assistant Engineer at Uganda Telecom
