Provided E2E oversight, resources and P&L accountability for multi-projects coordination and prioritization working with all the stakeholders and 3rd parties (existing system providers, system integrators, etc.) for IT projects delivery in the MTN SEA Group Operating Companies in Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia and Swaziland.

o Lead project monitoring activities to ensure major risks and issues are highlighted and managed on a timely and efficient manner.
o Processing the Change Approval Board requirements to cover cut-over resources, execution, tests &roll-back planning, risk assessment and mitigation planning, lessons learned and Project Closure report for every project or change request delivery.
KEY Achievements:
o Closed the delivery of 6 projects for the MTN Group Loyalty Campaign Management System V4.0 Solution upgrades and upgrades of the ICP 15-04 of the Ericsson Mobile Money Converged Wallet -ECW in Uganda, Zambia and Swaziland.
o Managed the implementation the Prepaid Management System (PPMS) &SIM Manager Deployment in Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia &Swaziland.
o Also was Project Manager, ITSS part, of MTN Next! Project in Rwanda, Uganda, Zambia &Swaziland. This project is to overhaul the entire business support system infrastructure in the 4 MTN OPCOs, consolidate them and replace with a new state of the art ERP to be hosted in South Africa within 3 years.
Consulting at Uganda Telecom(UTL) on implementing network configurations of shared radio network resources with competition to allow UTL subscribers to roam nationally on competition data network (with voice calls blocked) while having full service access on HPMN and checking any revenue leakage to competition
Technical support at the Orange Uganda Managed Services project where I led a team of 8 Level2 Core, HSS, VAS, RAN, IP & Roaming specialist engineers providing 24/7 Technical Support at Orange Uganda (OUL) and helped achieved three (3) consecutive Managed Services 2-year contract renewals.
o Overseeing and performing core network O&M, integrations, upgrades, new products rollout works.
o Driving and managing Core network performance &ensuring preparation and delivery of daily, weekly monthly and any on-demand ad-hoc performance reporting.
o Recruiting, training, developing, and retaining potential Core Network technical people resources.

•Implemented the VOIP inter-connection between AFRICELL-Uganda &TELL-UK \[Jan2015\].
•HLR Upgrade Project Specialist Support: HLR ATCAV1 SDM1.1 - 3.1 upgrade project at Orange Kenya \[Oct/Nov2013\].
•4G/LTE Deployment Project: specialist support for HSS R3.1 for 4G network at Orange Uganda \[April/May2013\].
•SMSC +CRBT Integration Project: Specialist Core Network Support for integrating Huawei SMSC + Ring-back-tone (CRBT) application onto the HLR and MSS \[Dec2012\].
• MVNO K2 Telecom Implementation Project: Project Core Lead to implement the first-ever national MVNO in Uganda as delivered over the Orange network \[Dec2012\].
•HLR Upgrade Project: Specialist HLR Support at HLR SDMv1.1-v1.3, XMC &SDMExpert upgrade at OUL \[2012\].
•Specialist Project Support: Project to deploy Kabira Provisioning (KPSA) application \[2010\] & Ring-Tone (CRBT) application \[2011\] integration with Subscriber Data Manager SDM and Soft-switch at OUL.

•Project Manager of UTL-Roamware VAS Application Solutions project deploying: Missed call Alerts, Roaming Short Code and global roaming coverage for 4yrs+.
•Managed the Alcatel OCB283 switching and routing operations software database for over 4 years.

-Managed the SS7 signalling network interconnecting over 200 international networks and carriers for 6+ yrs.
-Did IREG tests (IR24/32/35/27/50).
-Handled CDR, TAP and RAP files for 6+ yrs.
-Managed UTL-Roamware India relationship for 4+ yrs.
• Recovered Alcatel MSC in 10 hrs after a total shut down in Mar2004.
• Intercepted and stopped a fraud racket of calling international numbers, at national rates, through Rwanda in May 2000.
• Rectified in 3 Hrs, an Alcatel OCB181 switching software corruption that shut down communication in Kampala area in Feb2000.
• Integrated Jinja NEAX switch on digital radio in Feb1999 and Uganda telecom Management gave a letter of appreciation and a reward of UGX100000/=.
