ADMM- Abudhbai Motorsport Sport Management which is under the Ministry of Executive Affairs known as YAS Marina circuit is one of the most technologically advanced tracks in the world, home to the annual Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Apart from F1 race ADMM offers Specialty leasing, Events. Driving Experience, F& B services etc.  My position reports to Supply chain Director.
·        Establishing Short Term contracts for Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
·        Planning and executing sourcing strategy for materials & Services  during F1
·        Meeting with key Suppliers & Stake Holders  to ensure their commitments for the F1 event
·        Working on  the Emergency requirements during the F1 event (FM, Marketing, IT)
·        Reviewing Franek contract and approving quotes  based on the requirement
·        YAS Connect Platform - Contract establishment, techno commercial evaluation, project award
·        Vendor performance evaluation & Management after  Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

• Managing and supervising Procurement & Contracts division which includes all Khidmah AMC’s & BPA’s
• Managing procurement for Assets, Marketing, IT, Subcontractor works and in-contract jobs
• Reviewing procurement policy and procedure and recommend changes as required
• Develop an overall strategy for sourcing activities to achieve targeted outcome and benefits
• Reviewing AMC contracts for all the services and awarding contracts based on techno commercial evaluations with an average of 10% annual savings through tender process (based on value)
• Assist the Head of Supply Chain in implementing the purchasing strategies and support in the performance management of all Procurement process
• Managing procurement staff and Improving the team's purchasing effectiveness by focusing on their continuous personal development and conducting regular performance management reviews
• Vendor management- prequalifying vendors based on category, visiting vendors to conduct an evaluation of the facility to determine the capacity, and other resources which vendor have before awarding big contracts
• Quarterly evaluation for all vendors and blacklist non potential vendors, Expanding vendor and service partners for smooth operation
• Tender Management- Supporting BD team & other departments through tender process to bid for new projects
• Auditing internal departments & sites against ISO Standards

Achievements: -
 Vendor prequalification- implemented new procedure, with new formats, manuals and scoring sheet
 Procurement Policy & Procedure: - Revised existing policy, introduced new SOP
 Combined AMC for lifts across 16 different sites from semi comp to full comp with a savings of 35%

Specialist in Operational Procurement for Mall, Residential, Commercial & Hospitality with a portfolio of purchasing agreements of 120 million across revenue and capital expenditure including Facility Management, Hospitality, IT, Retail, Private /Owners villas. Revising the departmental Terms of Reference and communicating a Service Level Agreement to all internal customers.
• Procurement of Direct and Indirect expenses for various departments such as: Operations (Soft & Hard Services) - Materials (Stock and Non-stock) & Outsourcing Services including Annual Maintenance Contracts, Annual Contracts on Incomes, Blanket purchase orders, Third Party Inspections, Consultancy Services etc.
• Conducting planning & Budgeting on spends (capex&opex) for operations of Mall, Residential, commercial & Hospitality
• Marketing requirements - BTLs, Events, Media Buying, Branding & Awareness, Consultancy Services, Shuttle Services for tourists & Mall Retail & Commercial units Delivery - Subcontracting Services of shop / office units’ modification for leasing purpose as per client’s requirement.
• Utilize the E auction platform SAP Ariba for negotiation whenever & wherever required
• Projects - Pre-qualifying vendors and awarding job for Various Consultancy & Sub-contracting Services, Signage Construction & way findings, Survey & Design Consultancy Services for plots, etc

 Introduced Civil Rate card for civil works with savings of 20%

Managing all purchasing and procurement in Al Hamra Mall (FM, Retail, Asset Management, fit out, Marketing, stock, sub-contractor works, IT etc.) sourcing the right vendors, technical and commercial evaluation, negotiation with vendors- review and approval of LPO/AMC contract- focused on cost saving with best delivery terms and quality, implementing new strategies to make the procurement flow more smoothly & effective.
