Housing & Extra Care PPP Projects
Project Director for Salford City Council on £250m housing PFI Project, and directed the process to financial close, utilising PFI credits secured from Central Government.
Authored Outline Business Case for Stockton on Tees Borough Council for an extra care housing PFI project, and secured PFI credits through Central Government.
