Developed a road map of Personalized/Precision medicine treatment in Naufar hospital, using big data (-omics, EHR’, molecular diagnostics and imaging, drugs, and devices) in health. Has been establishing the data governance framework to govern structured and unstructured health data.

Leading the implementation of new Electronic Medical Records solution (YASASII powered by FUJIFILM) - all clinical modules including e-prescription and dispensation system, LIS and integrations with Automated Dispensing Cabinets- PYXIS, Clinical Decision Support System- Medispan, Point of Care Testing devices- Roche, Terminology Service system- Apelon and Clinical Informatics & Intelligence.

Responsible for developing a Clinical Research Management System (EDC, CTMS, ePRO, eConsent, eCRFs, eCOA and Insights) and integrate it to multiple solutions including molecular diagnostics to support the research projects in Naufar.

Leading the data and information management activities- setting up all the eHealth data standards, configuring the system with administrative and clinical master and reference data following exchange and vocabulary standards, configuring the care plans and treatment templates, model and structure clinical data and pathways and govern the data using well defined data governance frameworks.

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of highly specialized clinical components of electronic medical records, like cognitive mapping, Addiction Severity Index, Treatment Protocols, Patient Journey, Withdrawal Assessment, Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale etc, ordering, documentation, laboratory information systems, radiology information systems, pharmacy information systems, treatment templates, allied health services, rehabilitation and support service modules, multidisciplinary clinical pathways and demonstrate technical expertise to implement, administer, maintain, troubleshoot and support such solutions.
