- Prepared documentation including all contract related correspondence.
-Scheduling: Reviewed schedules with tenants and sub-contractors.
- Inspected and made punch list for corrections.
- Handling clients, consultants and subcontractors, contractual / technical / progress activities, variations, notifications, directives.
-Submitted the payment requests, estimating all change orders.
-Procurement and purchase of all materials.
