● My roles encompassed:
o QA/QC Activities, Estimation, production planning, fabrication works in workshop, preparing and submitting the project execution plans, project quality plan, documentation, monitoring progress, material take offs, risk assessment scenarios and method statement.
o Welding procedures checking and approval
o All documentations for QA/QC Activities
o Understanding and interpreting of various complex drawings.
o Cross checking of material quantity for the project based on the drawings.
o Coordinating with consultants & QA/QC department for material delivery, quality checking & site operations.
o Supervising the overall site activities & conducting tool box meetings in site.
o Positive Material Identification as per specifications and standards given by the clients.
0 Monitors and reviews the receipt of vendor deliverables to ensure timely delivery, compliance
with specifications and follow -up with supplier to avoid potential delay.
o Complying with the Company's QHSE management system and reports all incidents to the supervisor or QHSE representative. Ensures effective accident investigation and follow up.
o Coordinating testing of all structural materials either in independent testing laboratories or with the Procurement Department in raising the Letter of Intent and Sub Contractor Order and timely delivery of materials.
o Preparing monthly & weekly engineering reports & material, man power and equipment planning for daily work activities.

o Supporting the Project Engineer in planning, fabrication works in workshop, preparing and submitting the project execution plans, project quality plan, documentation, monitoring progress, material take offs, risk assessment scenarios and method statement.
o Understanding and interpreting of various complex drawings.
o Cross checking of material quantity for the project based on the drawings.
o Working in close co-ordination with main contractor from initial to final stage of the project execution to reduce the timely delay & maximize the output.
o Coordinating with consultants& QA/QC department for material delivery, quality checking & site operations.
o Supervising the overall site activities & conducting tool box meetings in site.
o Positive Material Identification as per specifications and standards given by the clients.

• ABG Engineering (p) Ltd is a subcontracting company which has clients like Kerala state water authority, Kerala municipality work.
• My role encompassed:
o Associated in project material planning, scheduling, supervision and coordination.
o Organize and manage the team for project execution.
o Interpretation of drawings
o Corrects the water level of the unit and keep the alignment of the same.
o Fit-up
o Weld Visual inspection of connection units during assembly and erection stages.
o Positive Material Identification as per specifications and standards given by the clients.
o Familiarized with different testing methods like Ultrasound testing, X-ray testing, Die penetration test, Vacuum test.
o Monitor QA/QC and ensure all quality procedures are implemented and maintained.
o Ensure the job get implemented in scheduled time with quality.
o Execute the job taking into consideration the safety rules of main contractor.
o Maintaining detailed project report from first to last stage of work.
