Setting-up site operation in terms of allocating the right resources as per plan.
• Assisting the QA Manager in preparing and approving the project quality management manual.
• Liaising with the Technical Director the coordination and preparation of design input/output, validation,
changes and formal design reviews.
• Responsible for the selection, sourcing, scheduling and cost appraisal of all purchased materials, obtaining
the necessary approvals for procurement and ensuring the availability of materials on site as planned.
• Initiating and substantiating budget uplifts, variation orders and extension of time claims.
• Monitoring cost and time schedules in coordination with commercial and planning managers.
• Identifying deficiencies or concerns during any phase of the project in accordance with quality assurance
and control procedures.
• Supervising the progress of all testing and commissioning activities in close coordination with the
Commissioning Manager.
• Liaising directly with project stakeholders and client representative to ensure smooth project handover.

Providing support to Project Managers in their sites’ setup and the required infrastructures
• Acting as part of:
o Project kick-of, progress and coordination meetings with the Main Contractors/Consultants/Clients
o Project status review meetings with the Senior Management
• Approving the following:
o Project plan, manpower histogram & cash flow prepared by Planning Manager
o Project Management monthly report
o Budget uplifts, variation orders and extension of time claims
o Value engineering proposals
o Project contractual correspondences
• Allocating resources as per project requirements
• Administering weekly & monthly project productivity reports
• Ensuring project compliance with the relevant QHSE policies and standards
• Ensuring KPIs are written, communicated and signed by all employees
