-Managing projects encompassing planning, design, estimation, scope definition, finalization of techno-commercial aspects and implementing quality standards
-Reviewing, commenting & approving Electrical submittals including Material Transmittals, Calculation Notes, Method Statements and Shop Drawings submitted by the contractors/subcontractors
-Verifying & validating the equipment layout as per the manufacturer’s recommendations; installing the components as per the approved detailed shop drawings in accordance with the projects’ environmental conditions & applications; resolving site queries to meet execution requirements; understanding technical & functional specifications
-Preparing periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records
-Analyzing MEP requirements to determine feasibility of designs; resolving design issues and suggesting solution
-Guiding cross-functional teams to manage various project works; supervising matters pertaining to local statutory bodies, architects, and process technologists to troubleshoot customer issues
-Negotiating with vendors for right sourcing; evaluating vendor’s performance in terms of quality, delivery and service for achieving cost effective purchases of machinery/equipment suppliers; raising PO for supply & work orders
-Preparing documents for invitation of bids for projects. including specifications, finalization of requirements & BOQ; negotiating, reviewing and awarding contracts as per contract regimes
-Estimated preliminary cost for construction; inviting evaluating proposals & appointing contractors
-Maintaining & reviewing general contract and subcontract / supplier documents and ensuring all contractual documents are dealt appropriately
-Submitting daily, weekly & monthly progress site report
-Implementing QA/QC procedures and ensuring high level safety standards for jobs’ execution
-Checking & monitoring material quality received from vendors/ suppliers; addressing issues related to subcontractors’ quality in the work’s execution
-Developing networks with Client, Architects, Consultants, Vendors, Subcontractors, Consultants-architectural, Sanitary, Electrical, Interior Designers and Suppliers for ascertaining technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the national rules, codes and aesthetical consideration
-Actively detecting faults, responding to breakdowns & repairing equipment in order to reduce the breakdown time; supervising with engineering and technical staff
-Conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring ISO document preparation with records of all Operations & Maintenance activities including statistical and financial records as per pre-decided schedules
-Administering and witnessing the final Electrical systems handing over (BMS, EIB, VRV, Chillers, Fire systems, Generating Power Plant, etc...) by following up with MEP relevant S/Cs in terms of installation, testing, commissioning, certifying, training and delivering in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings

Electrical Site Superintendent Engineer at Byblos Electric Enterprise

• Accomplished a $4 Million Electrical Upgrade turnkey project at US Embassy Lebanon which consisted of 7 Medium Voltage Substations range (200-630KVA), 3 Generators 1000 KVA, totalizing panels, Switchgears, Manual transfer switching, 43 lighting street poles, 3 street structural buildings fully equipped as well lightning and earthing for systems accordingly.
• Achieved a $1.8 Million project “Beirut Outside Plant Telephone Cabling Upgrade”, US embassy, Beirut Lebanon
• Managed cross-functional teams of 60 labors, engineering and technical personnel, for both projects that include project management, personnel management, planning, coordination, bids and working documents, excavation, installation, testing and commissioning, and ensured quality control and quality assurance.
