Manages the operation and maintenance of all fleet vehicles and equipments.
Schedule and dispatch all vehicles and drivers as per the daily operations.
Plan Vehicle and equipment maintenance daily, weekly, monthly to comply with
Safety regulations.
Review and plan purchase request of Spare parts and consumables required in the
maintenance as per the machine description.
Manage subordinate staff for their day to day performance of their jobs.
Works directly the service team to ensure business operation are flowing efficiently,
work is being handled in a productive manor, and the customer is being taken care of.
Identifies weakness, areas of concern and implements corrective measures or
collaborates with management to address these areas.
Conduct meetings with technicians to communicate objectives, uphold
accountability and drive performance. Analyze and swiftly resolve problems as they
arise.
Responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment, and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients.
Helping to develop and implement customer service policies in an organization, such as service package after understanding the customer budget and company policies.
Finding the loopholes in the process and reasons of customer’s dissatisfaction and by using corrective measure in improving services and customer satisfaction.
Managing a team of customer service staff, such as Service Marketing executives & customer care executives, training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
Designing with offers & Packages to the customer during the special occasions in order to attract the customer and gain business to the firm.
Developing feedback, complaints procedures & Escalation matrix for customer’s reviews.
1.Ensuring smooth vehicle process in the morning
2. Oversees and maintain the look and feel of the process
3.Ensures the service consultant adhere to the processes and the checksheet
4.Scheduling calls and work load distribution for service marketing executive
5.Owning overall revenue generation at the work shop
1.overall handling of staff including technicians, supervisors, service consultant, service marketing executive for Smith functioning in process
2.Daily focus on revenue generation as and when by distributing the targets to the respective staff
3.maintain healthy environment in the workshop by co ordinating with works manager
4.sharing the knowledge of SOP, and KRN issue with the service staff.

Maintaining records, handling and Supervising with academic works.
Custumer handling For Accidential Repairs,
Costing and Estimation for repairs,
Supervising, maintaining, handling descipline on shop floor.
Maintaining Proper skills and tools to carry out the operations on floor
recruiting and training the new labourers.
carry out the targets by completing the work on time.
