To accurate electronic encoding / data entry of various documents and Data verification in
Microsoft Navision System.
File management, responsible for proper documentation and filing of all documents
emanating from the Admin Department.
Assist in monitoring/tracking/dissemination of all incoming and outgoing documents from
Admin Department.
In charge of receiving and incoming call/phone queries of customers etc. and Receiving and
Directing customers and Guests.
Coordinating with different Contracted Customer for their order and delivery.
Providing quotations as per customer enquiry & requirements and preparing Proforma
Invoice as per customer requirement for customized product
Coordinating with Factory for the sample of Customized Product and sending to Customer
for approval
Preparing Sales orders and releasing Picking list to Warehouse after receiving customer
approval.
Monitoring of the shipment status from packing in Warehouse up to delivery to the final
destination.
Responsible in preparing the export documents required to execute the shipment such as
Packing list, Shipping Invoice, and Certificate of Origin from Dubai Chamber of Commerce
Responsible for ensuring that customer and country requirements
Filing of insurance as required and Safekeeping and filing of export documents.
Perform the duties such as sorting and distributing mail, Scanning and sending faxes
Type Letters, reports, text and other written material from rough drafts, corrected copies using Word processor, Excel, Power point, Photoshop.
Receiving and directing Customers
Daily Cash reconciliation and Maintaining Manual Account register
Verify all bills from suppliers and Physical Verification of Goods received.
• Preparing material requirement plan as per production floor needs.
• Tracking and maintaining inventory level in the store for all items require in the plant.
• Generating purchase orders as and when inventory level reaches reorder levels.
• Efficiently managing the inventory levels, for ensuring ready availability of material to meet production and Responsible for coordinating all aspects of material flow and part delivery within the organization.
• Physical verification of stock Items, Scrap Disposal, Documentation and record keeping, Preparation of stock statement and Maintaining manual registers.
• Regularly interacted with transporters for placement of trucks/lorries etc for movement of raw materials.
•Purchase order preparation and Bill recording in Tally
•Preparation of Debtors Statement, Creditors Statement and Total Debtors List
•Day book and Ledger preparation.
•Checking of Bank statements with books of Accounts and Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement
•Taking Monthly Trail Balance
• Entering details about Logistics activities to Spreadsheet & Filing shipment documents
• Prepare Workers personal files Wage register, wage slip copies, overtime records, security records
• Prepare Time records by using software and manually.
