HIGHLIGHTS:
• Instrumental role in formulating strategic partnership with media production company.
• Successfully spearheaded video production operations for events as well as for the development of visual content for the purpose of social media marketing .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS CREATIVE DIRECTOR:
• Functioning as the creative director of the non-profit organization, developing creative vision for events / campaigns.
• Mentoring and guiding the new staff members at TEDxTrondheim in delivering their routine functions in line with the defined roles.

• Led and managed the entire camera crew, provided direction with regard to positioning of the cameras, lighting equipment etc.
• Handled the editing and publishing stage for all videos products, in line with the pre-defined TED guidelines, and industry best quality practices.
• Planned and produced promotional videos in coordination with the team, added animation and motion graphics as and when required.
HIGHLIGHTS
• Led and managed multiple functions simultaneously, including photography, video editing, motion graphics, and 3D animation, and successfully developed high quality films / stories during the tenure.
• Won the Gold Award at World Media Festival, Hamburg 2015 for 3dDAnimation for Subsea Well Response Project / Oil Spill Response Ltd.
• Selected as the finalist at World Oil Awards in the “Best Visualization and Collaboration” category, based on visualizations and solutions for Oil Spill Response Project.
• Set the target to improve the company's credibility in the field of high-end corporate films by expanding the portfolio with motion graphics and 3d

• Successfully increased efficiency by streamlining the file system and urging a move from Final Cut to Adobe Creative Cloud for real time support of H264 video and better integration of After Effects.
