Answering patient's calls and assisting them with appointments.doing the insurances application and doing the approvals
Request for quotations and follow up inquiries with different suppliers/Set meetings and confirm/manage the Operation Manager’s daily appointments/ Send emails, fax documents; compose correspondence and employee forms/ Coordinate with the Accountant for the timesheet and absences reports and company’s financial requirements/ Maintain a filing system (hard and soft copies) of the company’s documents/ Handle the company’s petty cash and assign budget for necessary items; monitor the outflow of money and its timely replenishment/ Prepare memos for the Operation Manager’s approval/ Purchase needed stationeries, toiletries, furniture and other materials for the office.
i was working in a the world number one library for the english books and i was taking orders from libraries and giving it to the employees to prepare it and do the bill for them on the system to pay.
And i also worked in a nursery/playground for kids where i had to entertain kids and play with them for 1 year.
