Project: New Clinker Storage Silo and Conveyors for new Cement Production Kiln #5
Location: Al Sabeh Cement Factory - Chekka -Lebanon
Client: Cimenterie Nationale S.A.L
Duties:
• Manage the construction of 45m Diameter, 50m Height Post-tensioned clinker silo using Doka F150 Climbing System, and the related clinker conveyor lines.
• Responsible for Quality Control of Engineering and Construction documents,
• Develop two weeks look-ahead programs for construction team to follow.
• Coordinate between subcontractors and monitor their performance.
• Review subcontractors’ monthly payments and approve their billed progress.
• Monitor daily progress of work and develop measures to improve site performance.
• Control construction drawings and ensure removal of any superseded revisions.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, scope, and drawings are delivered to all teams.
• Request material ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and follow up the delivery.
• Engage in weekly progress meetings and design review workshops.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Liaise with consultant and client to meet targets to quality required.
