Development and implementation of Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer's acquisition and sales.
Shaping brand's image and creating successful campaigns
Planning and Execution multichannel Marketing campaigns including CRM, social media, and offline Marketing.
Analyze market trends and competitors to indentify growth opportunities
Monitor and report on the performance of Marketing campaigns
Create and manager the annual Marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation

Event planning and Management
-Planning and managing all the company's event and exhibitions : Dimdex/ Qatar Boat Show/IALA conference-Provide post-event reports, analysis and regular status reports on marketing programs-Recommending the events and conferences that the company shouldn't miss to get more exposure
-Marketing planning and budgeting-Plan and execute marketing activities including promotional actions, prints, brochure, social media, , events and the collateral materials required to support the Marketing and Sales plans- Work with manager and business units to determine budget and manage expenses to that budget.
- Work closely with the website agency to develop a new website for the leisure section and renovate the corporate website
- social media monitoring to ensure all news and information are reflected in the social media and supervise social media reach
- work closely with international partners and help them planning and organizing their events in doha.
Generating awareness about ACS Doha through different marketing channels. build the marketing plan to serve other departments especially admission to increase enrolment. Make sure ACS Doha is visible and promoting that school through events, social media, press coverage, PR. Analyse competition and build better strategies to take to lead of international schools in Qatar
Main Duties
• Plan marketing and branding objectives, and develop communication materials and
communication plan.
• Agree, build-up and execute annual Marketing Activity Schedule including
promotional campaigns / Review activities as per Sales performances and Market
insights.
• Liaise with Agency for brief and implementation monitoring. • Support distributor, customer growth by implementing marketing programs including
events and run post investment reviews.
• Develop CVPs, marketing communication materials, toolkits and trainings, e-Marketing and printed collateral and ensure Marketing supports filling Market
needs Sales
Build the annual Marketing Plan and monitor the budget expenditure. • Work closely with the Brand & Communications Manager to implement Global
promotions and other (BTL) programs and with the Commercial Manager to ensure
that all marketing activities are efficiently reflected in sales.
• Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products
and Services and engage consumers on social media.
• Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities through the workshop and
marketing Forum.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company
functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Responsibilities and duties:
⦁ Produce briefs for media buyers.
⦁ Identify which media platforms would best advertise a client's brand or product.
⦁ Enable clients to maximize the impact of their advertising campaigns through the use of a
range of media, and decide which form of the media may suit the specific needs and
campaigns.
⦁ Identify the most appropriate mediums for building awareness of a client's brand and
develop the appropriate strategy the reach the target audience.
⦁ Liaising with the creative agency team, clients and consumers to develop media
strategies and campaigns.
⦁ identify target audiences and analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits
With the following key responsibilities:
⦁ Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's
brief and budget.
⦁ Work with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff.
⦁ Act as interface between, the client and advertising agency by arranging and attending
meeting, maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows
effectively.
⦁ Present creative work to clients according to their advertising requirements for approval
or modification.
⦁ Handle budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients.
⦁ Writing client reports and undertaking administration tasks.
