• Oversee all aspects of the financial reporting for client accounts ensuring quality and timeliness of financial reporting

• Drafting and reviewing of management accounts, trial balances, statutory accounts, and all other reporting requirements

• Managed achievements of objectives in the form of number metrics set for the year and demonstrated continuous improvement in the metrics
• Monitored Onrolls and Offrolls staff and highlighted any dip in productivity to the Regional Heads
• Executed PAN India billing of CPA and GL valuers towards ensuring collection and submission of invoice resulting in increased CENVAT credit benefit of Rs. 5 lacs p.m.
• Analysed infra cost on basis employee occupying the location this strategy resulted in proper cost allocation. This was then implemented across PAN India by the Cost team
• Introduced the KRA Score Model, resulting in comparison of PAN India Credit Managers at similar parameters

• Executed timely investments and liquidation operations through proper documentation and follow-ups, thus
ensuring that funds were not lying idle
• Managed automation of Budget vs Actual report through Oracle System, thus excluding the entire manual procedure involved in the same

• Liaised with clients and managers at top level and helped in proper and timely closure of books of accounts for the client company as well as assisted the organization in accounting and taxation
