Currently, I am an employee in the Asset Radio Broadcasting (Pvt) Ltd (NETH FM) as an Executive Secretary to CEO. My career has developed immensely since I started as a junior secretary at Next International (Pvt) Ltd Ten years ago. I feel that my career path up to this point has been a progression of experiences that have allowed me to understand where my skills, talents and passions exist.
My work experience has provided me with the skills to take charge in all facets of planning and Internal & External customer coordination, public speaking as well as business & promotional writing. I have many years of administrative expertise that has allowed me to build on my skills in managing multiple tasks at one time and being adaptable to unpredictable scenarios and challenges. I also possess considerable knowledge in working with computer such as Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) same time, Live Meeting, Perseus & Business Objects.
I enjoy a demanding and variable working environment and I am open to learning new and challenging task to enhance my career. Prepares Management Reports by collecting Information in Monthly basis
(Monthly Sales Conference, Monthly Progress Review Meeting, Business Progress Meeting)
Take the minutes of the meetings which have chaired by Director Sales.
Organizes work by handling Letters/ Memos/ Emails & General Correspondences
Provides pass records reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems as per 5S Concept. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Coordinates with Senior Management, Inter departments, Other Staff (City office staff and island wide Sales team) and External Customers
Maintain all the Administration & HR related Works to the sales division.
Making Appointments & Maintain the calendar for Director Sales
Implement & Maintain 5s related Activities in the sales division
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Handling Quotations & Proposals in Corporate sales Handling Sales Orders in the division
Funnel Maintain for each Sales Executives & Accounts Manager Maintaining HP Partner portal & Coordinating with Principals
Maintaining Data Sheets/ Stock Balance/Costing Sheets/Pricing/Customer Commissions reports Handling Telemarketing
Make appointments with new clients and distribute the visits through Sales Executives. Maintaining 5s & ISO Activities in the Division & Other administrative works
