Experience as Instrumentation and controls in Oil & Gas Refinery, Erection, Commissioning Activity's and Design (As-Built Drawings)
Responsibility & skill:
➢ In Charge of Supervising the Erection and commissioning activities at Project site.
➢ Supervision of Installation of field Instruments, Stanchions, Junction Boxes and Panels, Main and Primary, Secondary Cable tray. Primary, Secondary cables laying, cable Glanding and termination of Instruments. Meggering of Primary and Secondary Cables.
➢ Responsible for reviewing construction drawings such as location drawing, wiring layouts, hook-up connection, P & ID's, typical installation details, loop diagram, datasheets etc. Standards followed Ip, Neema, JERP, NEC, and Hazards Etc.
➢ Detailed visual inspection of all hazardous area Ex-certified instrumentation to ensure installation and equipment meet the relevant standards.
➢ Handle operating manual and provide instruction to all principle users.
➢ Evaluation of Tender Document, P & ID's, Process Data & identify the scope of work.
➢ Pre-Commissioning: Good knowledge of Loop checking, pre-commissioning of sub-system, packages, skids and control loops (open/close) etc. System and skids mounted instrument and process control system based on Microprocessor control system (PLC/DCS-ESD) etc.
➢ Having knowledge DCS:-Foxboro and Triconex Software's from Invensys, and PLC: - Siemens.
➢ Calibration: Having good calibration knowledge of different kinds of Electronics-PT, PDT, LT, FT and TT- (Thermocouple, RTD) make Yokogawa, Pneumatics-Control Valves-Fisher, Magnetic Type Gauges, Ultrasonic, Radar Type Instruments, Gas detectors, linear heat sensing Devices, On/Off Valves, Emergency Shut Down Valves, RTD's, Thermocouple, MOV.
➢ Board man in control room, Functional Testing Activities, Instrument Loop folder Preparation and commissioning (DCS, MMS, ESD, F&G), Clearing and managing discipline punch list and handover to Client.
➢ Responsible for preparing RFIs
➢ To Co-ordinate with client kick off meeting, monthly progress review meeting, close out report hand over as built documents/drawings, survey changes, field changes / spares etc.
➢ Design: - As built the documents such as Hook-up diagrams, Instrument Index, Cable Schedule, JB Schedule, I/O List, overall & detailed ILDs, Cable Schedules & Interconnection diagrams, software's used INTOOLS, AUTO CAD.
➢ Equipment's Handle: -HART 375 Field Communicator-Emersion, Fluke Multimeter, Multifunction Calibrator, and Decade Resistance Box. Field Communicator. Pressure Calibrator, Temperature calibrator, Fluke, Ametctek, Druck, Hand Pump, Dead Weight Tester.
