Responsible for the successful run of the airline operations airside from the perspective of the Premium passengers/VIPs. Managing the standards of the Food and Beverage/Housekeeping departments of the lounge, ensuring that they are constantly met. Providing organizational assistance, Meet & Greet etc to the delegations of VIPs, high profile politicians, and celebrities. Effectively participating in holding the recruitment campaign in Ukraine aiming in selecting and recruiting new staff, resulted in forming 5 new batches. Nominated as a “Subject Matter Expert” in order to train the ab-initio batches of the new joiners, being responsible for their full orientation, guidance, and support during relocation and formal training for the future career resulted in 10% increase of their efficiency and 5% increase in customer service level satisfaction. Constantly developing, motivating, coaching and briefing the existing team.
Responsible for the daily profitable and effective restaurant operations, while being accountable for the Food and Beverage quality together with the highest guests’ service level and financial results. During my management the highest possible score of 100% from the outside auditing company (“Mystery Diner”) is achieved for the outlet. Ensuring that the highest sanitary and hygienic levels of the restaurant’s operation are followed every time.
Responsible for the opening of 2 outlets in the hotel. HR - Staffing plan and allocation per outlet, recruitment, training plan and implementation. Menu - Menu development & Pricing for all units. SOPs - creation of numerous SOPs. Purchasing - liaising with purchasing department regarding all operational requirements. Overseeing the Food and Beverage Department and its operations. Maintaining and following the budget of the restaurants, ensuring that its operation is profitable. Organizing and holding different kinds of events like buffets, presentation, banquets etc. Building an effective team of restaurant workers (waiters, cooks etc) who will daily contribute to their workplace and make the profit.
